Additionally, Rock Manor Games is celebrating the demo’s launch with a new gameplay overview video. Game creator Mike Gnade joins Mega Cat Studios’ T.J. Tague for an exclusive hour-long session, exploring the development process and the challenges of turning the hit tabletop game into a digital experience. Check it out right below.

Based on the popular board game by Rock Manor Games, Maximum Apocalypse: The Video Game brings the survival challenge to digital screens. In a world overrun by zombies, mutants, and natural disasters, players take on the role of survivors fighting to stay alive. Scavenge for supplies, battle dangerous threats and adapt to ever-changing challenges. With new objectives and scenarios in every session, no two adventures are the same.

The demo drops players into a zombie-infested world with three intense missions. Surviving means thinking fast and making the most of every resource. Players can choose from six distinct survivors, each with unique skills, to battle through turn-based combat and tough survival challenges. It also offers a glimpse of the game’s detailed hand-drawn art, bringing its gritty, apocalyptic world to life.
